the cold snap seems to be over for a short respite but rain forecast for weekend but at least it’s better than snow and ice.

 

Here are a few updates for Broomhill Flash and Bolton Ings.

Bolton Ings late AM/early PM– 80% of eastern pool covered by thin ice. On the much-reduced open water were :-
